Sun Realty Partners is boutique investment firm specializing in the sales, leasing and operation of Shopping Centers and NNN properties in Florida. With nearly 20 years of experience and about $700M in property sales, our direct experience specializing in the Florida market sets us apart from competing firms. Our clients come from all over the country and our buyers from all over the world but we focus exclusively on Florida Retail and NNN. Our experience provides unparalleled knowledge and results.

Successful execution requires proper guidance, achievable pricing, thorough vetting and a deep understanding of the property and market conditions. We sell 90% of the properties we list and we close 90% of the properties we put in contract because we go to market with an executable plan for success, identify potential challenges in advance and manage the process to a successful closing. Over the years we’ve completed hundreds of transactions and experienced just about every situation.

Our Leadership

Sun Realty Partners was founded by Kevin Yaryan, a 20+ year real estate veteran in Florida and California with direct experience in most property types and extensive specialization in Retail and Net Lease. Kevin has acted as lead broker on over $500M of Florida retail transactions experiencing everything from the Financial Crisis and Great Recession to COVID and High Inflation. Since 2006 Kevin has focused primarily on Florida Shopping Centers and Net Lease Properties and has experienced nearly every kind of difficult situation with one of the highest Listing to Closing ratios in the industry.

Kevin started Sun Realty Partners to streamline the relationship between broker and client and provide the highest level of service at the best possible value, eliminating the excess that often flows to corporate overhead and profits.
